Refund and Exchange

We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However, in the unlikely event that you are totally unsatisfied for any reason,you may return said item for exchange or for the refund of the purchase price within 14 days from date of purchase. The item must be unworn and with labels still intact. To clarify this point, unless the purchase is faulty, goods must be returned in a saleable condition. If we have made an error, your delivery charges will also be refunded to you. If the item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt by e-mailing us at returns@schooluniformuk.co.uk The returned product should be sent to our address: Fashion Fair, 184-186 High Street, Walthamstow, London, E17 7JH. When returning an item, we will need to know whether you want a replacement or a refund. You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us, so please ensure you are in possession of proof of postage. With regards to lost goods, if you have not received your item/s within 15 days of making an order, please contact us via e-mail at info@schooluniform.co.uk and we will look into the matter and notify you accordingly.

Shipment Information

All orders will be dispatched to a home, work or other UK address within 2 working days of you placing your order. Delivery to main land UK can take 3-5 working days. During our busy back to school time (July and August) orders may take a little longer to process. Postage for shipment will be £4.99 All deliveries of £75 and above will receive free standard delivery. We also offer 'Collect in Store' with no delivery cost. When your order is ready to collect, we will send you an email advising you. Please have your Internet Order Number with you, as you will be asked for it. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY International delivery will be delievered within 7-10 working days. If you require your order to be sent abroad, please contact us before placing your order via email regarding postal rates.
